Breakfast is served from 07h00 – 10h00, buffet style.
The Restaurant is also open for a la carte lunch and dinner, in addition to daily chef specials until 10h00. Set menu options for group lunches and dinners are available on request.
Our talented Executive Chef, Annamari Middleton's passion for food has been apparent from an early age. A childhood spent creating gourmet family meals from old fashioned recipes was the perfect grounding for Annamari's future career in the food industry. Her innovative ideas, creativity and sheer love for food has seen her quickly rise to the top of her game and we are thrilled to have her on board at Hollow on the Square and Cape Town Hollow.
