Located in the heart of the ‘Mother City’, and between 25-40 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, Hollow on the Square is in an ideal position for corporate travellers attending, or hosting conferences.

Conferences are held at our sister hotel, Cape Town Hollow, which can be found just a few minutes away. Cape Town Hollow Hotel is situated in the shadow of the iconic Table Mountain, and overlooks the Company’s Gardens. Guests need not worry about travelling to and from the venue as complimentary transfers are always available.

Well-equipped for all conferencing needs, this conference venue in Cape Town CBD accommodates up to 50 delegates in a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. A registration room, secretarial service, photocopying, and email facilities are just some of the features available for use. Several seating configurations are also available to suit the nature of the event.

Notepads and pens as well as water and mints are provided for each individual attendee. A wall-mounted screen, data projector, wall-mounted whiteboard plus markers, and flip chart with paper ensure all presentation styles are catered for. The venue has been fitted with block-out curtains to prevent the impact of excess light on digital presentations. Should the need arise, the hotel also offers a speaker and microphone system.

Breaks can be enjoyed out on the pool deck (weather permitting), and in the informal business lounge area. All catering is courtesy of the on-site restaurant, Eighty-Ate. The standard conference menu can be provided on request, and special menus or dietary requirements can be catered for, subject to due notice.
